Associate Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide shipment information
- Create orders
- Activate shipments
- Build loads
- Assign loads
- Schedule appointments
- Track and trace shipments
- Enter events and invoicing
Associate Operations Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience in customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
